The photo must be personal (each family member with his own photo). Group photos are not allowed.

The photo may be in color or grayscale (monochrome photos are not allowed).

3.

Face must be in focus and facing the camera.

4.

The head should not be tilted up, down or to the side, and should cover about 50% of the area of the photo (Please make sure that your both ears can be seen).

5.

The background must be neutral, light-colored background.

6.

Sunglasses or other paraphernalia that detracts from the face are not allowed.

7.

Hats or other head coverings are not allowed (unless due to religious beliefs).

8.

Photos of military, airline or other personnel wearing hats are not allowed.

The image must be in JPG format.

A2.

The image file size must not exceed 62.5 KB.

A3.

The image must be of 600 Pixel width and 600 Pixel height.

A4.

Image Color Depth: 24-bit color or 8-bit color or 8-bit grayscale. [Note: Monochrome images (2-bit color depth) will not be accepted.]

B1.

The photo size must be 4 inches by 4 inches square. [ 600 * 600 Pxl ]

B2.

The image must be 24 bit color, NOT grayscale.

B3.

If you scan a regular photo, use the following scanner specifications:

• Scan at a resolution min. of 300 dots per inch (dpi).
• The image must be in JPG format.
• The image file size must not exceed 62.5 KB.
• The image must be at a resolution of 600 by 600 pixels.
• Image Color Depth: 24-bit color or 8-bit color or 8-bit grayscale. [Note: Monochrome images (2-bit color depth) will not be accepted.]

Login to your account using your username and password and upload scaned or digital photos. Upload a digital or scanned photo / trought private *Message Board* located at your own personal member area include personal member Application number ID. code.

Send a digital or regular /NOT scanned/ photo by ground or Air-Mail to the USAIS Ltd, Houston, Texas office, address given at *Print photo Form* located at your own personal member area when sholud be assign your personal Application number ID. bar code.
